About our Client: Our client is a globally renowned multinational in the consumer goods industry globally. With an established business segment and manufacturing capability in India, they are looking for a Head Human Resources for their India businesses. This role is based our of Gurgaon.

Job Description: Reporting to the Head HR Asia Pacific with a dotted line to the India MD, you will be managing a team of 5 core managers with your main responsibilities including:

- Define and implement HR strategies in line with business strategy

- Function as a key member of the executive team, provide advice and counsel to executive group of the organization for all HR-related issues

- Formulate, propose and implement specific and competitive policies, procedures and practices in selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, communication, employee engagement and performance management.

- Obtain feedback, analyze and constantly evolve culture to meet changing needs of the environment. Strategize ways to enhance teamwork and working across boundaries across the organization

- Provide the management with adequate guideline, supports, services and resources in terms of recruitment and talent development, both internally and externally

- Handle employee grievances and solve disputes to channel people's energy to meet business endeavors

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a MBA with at least 12 years of functional experience as a Generalist HR. Prior working experience in a consumer focused industry is a must.

- Strong exposure in business partnering roles with a displayed proficiency in partnering with senior stakeholders is a must. Strong interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for your selection.
