Job Description
Develop, Refine and Implement HR strategy:
- Effective manpower planning system, process for reviewing and evaluating jobs and identifying future redundancies; articulating recruiting, redeployment and succession plans
- Supporting refinement of current of job descriptions and KRAs; along with job mapping
- Support the top management and functional heads in designing their operational structure and HR needs
- Developing other key HR policies; putting down means of effective dissemination and control
Managing and refining the key processes:
- Managing the recruitment process, by identifying and using appropriate tools
- Leading the performance appraisal, promotion and career planning processes.
- Refining and facilitating compensation management system
- Designing and implementation of training and development programs
- Ensuring building and adherence to new HR IS
Internal ombudsman, affiliation initiatives, Compliance, Internal communication:
- Functioning as an internal ombudsman, for key HR issues
- Building internal MI, to develop pulse on organizational morale, affiliation, satisfaction levels
- Developing internal communication to employees on key HR initiatives
- Actively design and implement initiatives to support affiliation and culture building e.g. retreats etc
- Carrying out audits, building processes to ensure compliance with law
- Overlook at initiatives to enhance employee branding
