Reporting to : India Head and Head Human Resources
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Strategic Support for Business by providing superior HR services
- Maintain employee satisfaction and engagement indices
- Maximize Human Capital performance, enhance employee capability and employee commitment
- Align HR planning with business priorities
- Optimize HR service delivery through various channels for various businesses by using consulting opportunities, process documentation, automation, etc.
- Manage training and development programs
- Manage HR frameworks for bench-marking of HR services quality and costs
- Strengthen rewards and recognition programs
- Strengthen recruitment processes, technology to recruit right person for right job at right time
- Develop and implement frameworks to plan and proactively meet future staffing needs using workforce planning tools, classifications and strategy
- Succession planning methods for turnover in key positions
- Use technology and processes to enhance information and data availability
- Increase workforce diversity through Diversity Toolkit
- Maintain compliance with laws and policies
- Improve HR processes and Fairness at the business department level
- Enhance employee knowledge & skills in strategic areas
- Create, model performance management & communication best practices
Required Experience :
- Minimum of 14 years experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and respective employment laws
