Position – HR -Head
Reporting to : Executive Director.
The individual would be responsible for the following processes:
- Talent acquisition
- Performance management
- Compensation and benefit
- Talent management system
- HR policies
- HR communications/ HR Information
- IR and statutory compliance
Education: MBA in Human Resource Management.
Professional experience: must have 12+ (up to 15 years) years of relevant experience in HR
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Result orientation and excellent decision making
- Business orientation
- Process orientation
- In depth understanding of “employee life-cycle”.
