Description :

Client Details :
- Our Client is one of the largest Private Sector Bank with a presence across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking with over 1500 branches in the country and abroad.
As the Head of Hiring, Training, Quality you will be required to :
- Device service strategy for the contact centre
- Assess the process performance and identify opportunities for improvements
- Managing the hiring process for the contact centre
- Identifying training needs for the team
- Ensuring governance and compliance to internal and external regulations
Profile :
- You will come with 12+ years of relevant experience in managing HTQC in a contact centre setup with over 500 people. You will have exposure to financial services. You will have excellent team management and communication skills.
