One of the Leading financial services conglomerate in India is seeking a Head Group Talent Management.  Role : The role will be responsible for significant work in the area of leadership development/talent management.  Key Responsibilities :  - To be responsible for career management/development of top 100 executives of the group  - To help the organization achieve business objectives by defining and implementing an effective Talent Management strategy   - To define and roll out a competency framework  - To Use your insight, experience, research and creativity, you'll create the tools that will build a positive environment of continuous learning and development  - To partner with senior leaders in organizational transformation, providing process support and tools that facilitate a proactive development of organizational capabilities in anticipation of change  - To be responsible for effective succession planning with effective collaboration with the group management  - To work towards creating a robust compensation policy in line with the company philosophy  - To take up initiatives towards culture sensitizing to ensure a great atmosphere to work   The Candidate :  - 12-18 years of experience  - Experienced in OD, talent management, and leadership development experience  - Exemplary leadership, coaching, team building, and management skills, exceptional ability to create rapport and build credibility across all employee levels, from individual contributors to executives  - Significant breadth of knowledge on commonly used training concepts, practices, and procedures  - High levels of resourcefulness and project management expertise (strategy through implementation)  - Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change initiatives and driving improved organizational performance
