This person would be responsible for driving the organization's learning and development requirements in consultation with the HR , business heads and the CEOs of Operating Entities. The L&D Manager develops and implements an effective oragnization development strategy and framework across all operating entities.
Strong understanding of how Leadership and Talent strategies support the business agenda and performance .
Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of innovative OE and Leadership and Talent practice and approaches
- Behavioural Training and Organizational Development.
- Coaching / Mentoring programs .
- Study and analyses Organizational Culture to develop OD interventions.
- Design and conduct learning exercises
- Certification in Advance Behavioural Modelling
Qualification: Should be full time MBA HR from a XLRI,MDI, TISS or SIMB or any other premiere institute.
Industry: Insurance/ Telecom/ Media/Hospitality/BFSI/Retail/FMCG/Consumer Durables Industry.
Candidate should have expertise in following

Extensive travelling is involved.
Competencies : OD, Leadership programme; Strong conceptual and hands-on project management skills, Apply knowledge of key business drivers in making long-range strategic decisions related to human capital.
Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
