Head/GM/AVP - Packaging Development   - Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.  Specific Duties And Responsibilities :  Key Responsibilities :  - Vendor identification, finalization and selection  - Coordinate with CRI team to identify the requirements based on Layout, Style, and Printing etc.  - Generate ideas on how the packaging has to be made based on Colour, Material, Specification, Style etc.  - Develop and maintain professional relationships with all external vendors and contractors and improve efficiency process  - Coordinate with Plant Purchase team for raising Purchase order for the material  - Vendor Shared Card Approval, weights and measure finalization as per government norms on information packaging  - Purchase order material delivery follow-up for supplying with the vendors  - Conduct regular quality Audit at Plants to check the quality of material received from the vendors  - Visit Warehouse, Dealers, and Retailers to check the transit damage and take corrective measures to reduce the damage.  Interface :  - CRI (Plant & Head Office to identify the need)  - Sales & Marketing (How the packaging is to be made)  - MARCOM (Finalize Design, Artwork, Digital Proof)  - Benchmarking about competitors
