- Manage IT team to support Company's business strategy and plan/build/maintain/operate applications and infrastructure to support the business.

- IT business strategy and planning / IT budget and invest strategy and planning

- IT application and infrastructure operation / IT application plan, build, maintenance

- Manage IT team (organizational strategy)

- Manage business relations and serve as one face to the customer

- IT Support for SAP and various other applications and Infrastructure Management

- Setup & manage Center of excellence to support for SAP-CRM upgrade/Rollout and SAP-Technical support & Web Application development

- Responsible for request management and translate business requirements into Quality IT solutions by engaging various organizations and getting required approvals

- Managing of SLA and Business technical continuity

- Synchronize IT landscape to business landscape

- Ensure adherence to company's financial processes and ensure budgets are effectively planned and managed

- Control the security aspects of IT systems

- Initial point of contact for local business for all IT services.

- Initial point of contact for central IT for all kinds of activities.

- Contact to supplier for the full range of IT service purchasing.

- Contact to dealer to support and implement standard solutions.

- To ensure that IT is always capable to support business for new requirements as Information system is a strategic to differentiate from competitors.

- To provide efficient and scalable solution to the fast growing and demanding business.

- IT department must ensure that the company is having sustainable IT solutions to being prepare for long term business growth.

- Setting up and managing disaster recovery mechanisms from an IT standpoint

- Prior exposure to having managed IT in a manufacturing/ industrial company coupled with implementation of SAP

- Deep knowledge and experience in IT and IT-related services

- 20 years in IT service delivery and management; strategy planning and business consulting
