The opportunity :  Prodentify has been retained to hire the Head of Global Service Delivery for its mid-sized IT Services client in Delhi-NCR. The client co., initially founded in the US, is more than a decade old, operates at CMMi Level 5 and has a strong global top-line along with very healthy profitability that has been constantly improving YoY.  Application Services, IT Infra Engg. SMAC solutions, End User Computing, Outsourced Product Engg. and Staff Augmentation are the major businesses at the firm, employing close to 1400 full-time employees across the globe, with major focus on Americas.  The position :  - Leads all service delivery & operations globally across client engagements and BUs, directly reporting to the executive board as well as the President (who is based in India).Ideal candidates will possess superb communication & collaboration skills, along with exemplary aggressiveness and leadership to drive & grow an already established business to the next level  - Requires a candidate with a strong initial technical background in IT Services and Product Development, with later parts of his/her career being as a successful technical project & program manager for client engagements, eventually currently evolved as a leader of service delivery & operations, people management, client management and P&L management, preferably at a full- spectrum IT Services or Digital Services firm in India. Being from service provider background is a must; candidates from captive technology centres are not the preference  - Will only fit candidates with diverse domain experience. Those with deep or all experience in a single domain are not the preference  - Is ideal for candidates from cos. in the revenue range of USD 100 - 500M, with current P&L responsibilities involving USD 50 - 100M of top-line  - Ideally requires upto 20 years of experience, but a deviation of maximum 5 years on the upper side can be considered for exceptionally deserving professionals
