Job Description - The Group Head provides leadership to Senior/ Global Program Operations Manager (GPoM/ Sr. GPoM) and directs their allocation across Development Programs/ Brands. Responsible for the availability of accurate key project information for assigned Development programs/ Brands and providing a consolidated overview to GPM Head. Responsible for accurate and timely budgeting, tracking and forecasting of the financials related to the Program(s)/ Brand(s). The role is also responsible for GPOM competency building to secure a reliable operational support to Global Program Team deliverables.

The Successful Candidate -

- 8 years of pharmaceutical clinical research operations experience preferred.

- 5 years people management and development drug experience required, this may include management in a matrix and global environment.

- Strong management, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

- Demonstrated thought leadership and accomplishment in all aspects of managing global clinical trials, programs, resources and budgets.

- Advanced knowledge of clinical and drug development processes, clinical operations and finance.

- Global pharma/ CRO experience in drug development and/or finance is preferred.

- Proven capabilities in clinical operations, hands-on experience in financial planning and budgeting.

- Considerable organizational awareness, including significant experience in cross-functional working, resource allocation/ estimation and process improvements.
