ROLE OBJECTIVE
As Head - Digital Media of Emami Ltd, the incumbent:
- Takes overall responsibility to lead Emami's (all subsidiaries included) digital marketing strategy including website, social media marketing, online advertising, online communities, mobile marketing programs & ORM.
- Champions user experience, creating new and innovative digital experiences. This is a highly visible role and requires a bright, driven and ambitious professional who displays outstanding entrepreneurial talent, commercial focus and the ability to lead and inspire others.
- Monitors activities aligned with digital media : Planning, buying, implementation, activation, concepts & content
- Ensures co-ordination within brand teams and media to leverage on the common market intelligence & consumer needs for all brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leading the process to develop and maintain the corporate website.
- Devising and executing strategies to integrate digital marketing into Media & corporate marketing programs.
- Devising and executing strategies to drive online traffic & sales.
- Recommending improvements based on analytics and shifts in Online Media strategies
- Overseeing the company's Digital Media and all related strategies and implementation including building and managing online communities
- Utilizing a range of current digital marketing techniques including email marketing, paid search and remarketing.
- Managing online brand and product marketing campaigns
- reviewing new technology and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Managing relationships with 3rd party digital marketing vendors & AORs.
Key Internal Interfaces :
Media HOD: For all media related issues
Brand Team - : For all brand marketing programs with respect to Digital Media
Media Team : To facilitate the overall integration of Digital Media with the Conventional Media Plans
Training : Organize various knowledge sharing and training initiatives on experiential and digital marketing modules across Brand & Media Teams
Key External Interfaces :
Digital Agencies : Evaluating Digital Agencies for AORs and selecting those befit Emami's Digital Plans .
Digital Media Agencies & Vendors : Interacting for strategizing in building digital platform for Emami's various brands. And for all advertisement placements, endorsement and media content related issues
Marketing & Branding Consultants : For developing and implementing Digital Marketing and branding initiatives
