Job Responsibilities :
- Interacting with Banks/FIs on day to day basis
- Raising Finance for project finance and working capital from banks and financial institutions
- Preparation of financial projections & models, CMA as required by the financial institutions.
- Financial documentation & disbursement for various SPVs
- Valuation of group companies for raising debt / equity
- Coordination with consultants for Private Equity & Primary Listing.
- Treasury Management.
- Preparing MIS and other reports for management and Board.
- Finalization of Accounts, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, etc
- Preparation of presentations for internal & external peers
