Job Description
Objective / Purpose of duty:
To manage & grow overall operation & profitability of the BFSI and also ensure employee and client satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving, booking revenue and profit targets for the Vertical. Complete P& L responsibility.
- Should have been selling in the BFSI space for last 5 to 6 years in India.
- Proven track record of meeting Sales goals in BFSI space in India
- Existing client & partner relationship in the BFSI sector.
- Networking with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influences in the BFSI sector.
- Ability to construct & execute a multiyear business plan.
- Build & nurture a successful national sales team addressing the vertical.
- Identifying emerging trends & share the company's response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in this sector.
- Build strong BFSI value proposition.
- Create and drive unique compelling services that address the business solutions.
- Develop aggressive hunting strategy around BFSI
- To interface and communicate effectively with CXO/C- level people.
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum 16+ years
- Any Graduate with MBA preferred
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
- Ability to provide guidance and leadership to professional personnel
- Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals
