Head- Fraud Risk Management-Strategy & Policy  One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Head- Fraud Risk Management-Strategy & Policy  Basic Job Purpose:  - Effective review and performance monitoring of the Field Risk Management Processes and Fraud Detection Processes   - Monitor fraud trends closely and ensure timely and effective root cause analysis to initiate corrective actions.  - Ensure robust fraud prevention programs through timely and effective strategies and process enhancements.  - Responsible for the development and implementation of Fraud Prevention programs to support business requirements of credit cards, retail banking, consumer finance and Local Commercial bank.  - Responsible for the day to day management of the FRM - Strategy & Policy Unit.  - Constantly innovate on the fraud detection methodologies and enhance the process to mitigate & minimize fraud risk.  - Provide strategic direction in consultation with Head - FRM and support plans for new programs and new geographies.  - Develop and continuously upgrade the FRM Policy & Procedure documents in a comprehensive manner.   - Update and publish the Fraud Strategy Plan on an annual basis. Besides managing all the above processes, the value add to the business towards prevention of fraud losses will also be evaluated.  - Ensure comprehensive review of the Unit's key MIS and recommend corrective as appropriate.   - Ensure sharing of Best Practices across regions, products and functions. Enhance usage of analytics to understand patterns and identify emerging issues thereby addressing fraud risks.  - Ensure regular and structured engagement with investigation team.   - Institute and implement a robust recovery tracking process and strategy to improve recovery rate.  - Recommend and assist in developing an automated Case Management system covering cards, liability, loans and acquiring businesses for FRM.   - Strategy to review accounts in the early stages of delinquency and recognize frauds early  - Conduct periodic review all fraud control processes to improve efficiencies and reduce resources and costs involved in managing these processes.  - Proactive reviews of internal and external processes within & outside the Risk function with a view to reduce credit and fraud risks / losses.  - Implementation of scalable and optimal fraud prevention and detection processes & strategies for minimization of fraud losses.  Education & Experience:  - At least 10+ yrs of consumer banking risk experience in which 4-6 yrs in the field of authorizations & Fraud control.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details to: preambojan@gmail.com  Premnath Bojan Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
