Job Summary  This job is responsible for driving the sales team in order to achieve client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role requires developing and executing all key growth acquisition strategies, tactics and plans to achieve the financial targets  Must Haves  Qualification: Post Graduate,   Special Skills required if any: Understanding of Financial Services domain, Portfolio Strategies, Behavioral Finance, Proven sales experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets,  Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated & achievable solutions,  Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, technology usage orientation & understanding, Zeal for continuous improvement.  Job Description :   - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the companys customer base through online platform, existing Clients and open market.  - Communicate, present and influence effectively business goals at all levels of the client connect team and also junior level employees including executives to achieve agreed targets  - Articulate among the sales team distinct aspects of products and services & strategy to position them against competitors  - Identify & understand product-specific landscapes and online trends, analyse reporting on the factors that shift client's budgets to develop client focussed and achievable business solutions  - Continuously upgrade & improve online platform for keeping pace with the competition by adopting new processes and features.  - Analyze periodic reports & partner with the client connect Team Leaders to understand their business needs and objectives  - Communicate annual plans & value proposition through proposals and presentations to CEO to recommend new initiatives and development of the client Connect Teams.  - Conduct periodical review of the centre to benchmark performance and remove bottlenecks  - Supervise day to day management of the centre by reviewing multiple processes for e.g. speed, quality and efficiency of the calls  - Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance  - Facilitate inbound and outbound training programs for both new joinees and existing employees by collaboration with the Talent and Development team and also external vendors
