Job Description : As Head- Business Controlling you will report into the CFO and be responsible for Leading the Budgeting activity for the organization

- Tracking the Financial Health of the BU

- Taking on the improvement of the TOP Line & Bottom Line improvement

- Identifying Cost Reduction & Process Improvement Avenues

- Conducting detailed Top line Analysis to help the business in key decision making

- Ensure Internal Controls (Checks & Balances)

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with atleast 10+ years of post qualification relevant work experience.

- You have a good understanding of USGAAP accounting.

- You have led a team of atleast 5+ people and have been doing business controlling/FP&A activities for a business size of INR 1000+ cr. In addition, you possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
