About our Client : Our client is joint initiative between two well known giants - a media company and a renowned start-up with the aim to transform online shopping. Launched as a pilot last year, the initiative received extremely positive response from the market leading the parent companies to establish the venture as a separate legal entity. Based out of Delhi, our client is looking for candidates that will be a part of and drive their ambitious growth plan for 2015.

Job Description:

- The role requires the candidate to closely work with the Finance Head and Biz Excellence head to drive financial planning and close monitoring of the business outcomes to ensure delivery of plans.

- Broadly the role would involve preparing and presenting the MIS pack, creating the AOP and 5 year business plan that would be highly critical for a company in its nascent stages.

- The role requires active stakeholder management and interaction including business heads from the parent companies, functional heads and operational teams to drive profitability.

- The company would focus on both top and bottom line thus its important to drive profitability till EBITDA level across verticals.

- Team management including leading the team, resourcing the function with the right talent and mentoring would be a critical part of this role.

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful candidate will be a CA with 5 to 6 years of experience having worked in an FP&A role before.

- An entrepreneurial spirit along with a proactive and dynamic personality would be ideal fit for this role.

- Candidates having worked in unstructured setups before would have a definite advantage.
