Description

As the Head of FP&A, you shall manage a team of seasoned professionals and you shall be responsible for:

- Service Delivery of performance management and financial analysis for revenue, cost, headcount, etc. for multiple regions and various stakeholders globally

- Engage with global stakeholders and lead transitions of new processes

- Delivering process improvements and efficiency enhancements

- Manage risk appropriately and creating a strong control framework

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance and security requirements

Profile

- You are a CA/MBA with 13-16 years of post qualification experience within FP&A in a large setup

- A strong knowledge on financial analytics and process improvements in a regional/global capacity is a must for this role

- Experience in Banking/Financial Services sector with sound understanding of revenue, capital, balance sheet, cost and head count measures is ideal

- You would have the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders and manage & motivate large teams
