Head - Finance - FMCG (10-20 yrs)
Looking for Head Finance for a Leading organization based in Dubai.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for developing the Business Unit Financial Budgets relating to Sales, Materials, Utilities, Costs and projected P&L in consonance with the Corporate Strategy.
2. Responsible for Accounting of all trans actions – Sales, Material, General, Cost and P&L.
3. Responsible for MIS and Business Performance analyses; to ensure Business health and P&L objectives.
4. Ensure compliance with Financial and Cost Accounting Systems and Financial Policies of the Company.
5. Ensure credit policies are complied with in respect of both receivables and payables and to this end manage the cash flow.
6. To ensure world class system including ERP are implemented in the Business.
7. Establish adequate costing systems for establishing cost of material, process, end product and overheads to determine product pricing and realizable margins.
8. Report transgressions in accounting practices, material discrepancies, cash advances, material wastage and contravention of company policy to Corporate Finance.
9. Invite periodic audits of systems, accounting records and accounting practices with a view to improve accounting, fix accountabilities and tighten leakages.
10. Ensure adequate pipeline of talent and skills for succession by designing and activating a staff career path and plan in collaboration with Unit HR. Will be directly accountable for development of employees reporting to him and next level.
11. Responsible for implementing Vision and Values of the Group in his function.
