Head of Finance + CS (Real Estate)

- Chartered Accountant with 08 to 12 years of work experience out of which at least 04 years should be in Real Estate.

- Excellent skills and work experience in MIS / Budgeting and Business planning including rolling forecast/ cash flow, Data mining and management.

- Good technical knowledge w.r.t. accounting , audits, controls ,and taxation

- Good commercial orientation.

- Sound knowledge of SAP - must have hands on experience

- Good understanding of Contract Management and negotiation.

- At home in Secretarial duties.

- Good internal customer orientation, process orientation and English communication skills is a must.
