Job Description: The Finance Director will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function of the business.

- He/she will lead tax & treasury; planning & business support; financial analysis; general accounting and supply chain finance.

- The Finance Director will play a critical role as the co-pilot to the India Managing Director in providing financial and business leadership and helping to develop and drive the strategy for continued growth and innovation in the business.

- As a key member of the India Leadership team, contribute to the formulation of business strategies, objectives and financial plans providing information, analysis, counsel and recommendations to achieve business objectives.

- Lead the Business Analysis, Financial Control and Compliance organizations and talent to support the business in strategic and operations analysis, financial reporting, internal control and other financial services for the India business.

The Successful Candidate:

- More than 15 years of increasingly more responsible experience in financial positions

- A strong general accounting knowledge of US and India GAAP

- Prior experience in a consumer goods-related sector; understands complexities involved, for example with sales & channel models and stakeholder management

- Understands how to operate within a sales, marketing and supply environment
