Head - Finance - CA - Startup

Head of Finance for 6 month old startup, which is into platform for Online gold loans, with doorstep pick up of customer gold. Tieup with NBFCs. Currently disbursing Rs 2.5 cr loans per month (with revenues at @2% fees) in Bangalore; planning to roll out to 6 more cities in next 1 year

This position will report to a CFO (as and when hired)

Ideal candidate would be :

CA with 6-7 years post qualification experience

Article-ship preferably with big 5

NBFC Lending preferable with hands-on approach

Fund raise (incl. debt) exposure preferable

Technically sound across various areas of finance including RBI compliance, taxation and Cos. Act compliance

Bright and energetic to build an organization with global footprint
