Head - Finance - CA - Restaurant Business Unit (9-12 yrs)
Company: A leading name in F&B retail/Restaurants; was founded 42 years ago currently operate across 400+ locations in India, expanding into the Middle East, US & UK, with a strong and focused development plan to continue to grow as a leading and well-respected food and beverage player in the food & beverage industry of the region.
Role: Head Finance of Restaurant Business Unit.
An Ideal Candidate :
Must be a Chartered Account preferably from a F&B /hospitability background having experience in franchise operations.
Brief Role :
Drafting project reports, project cost analysis report, and feasibility study report to facilitate decision making by the top management.
Liaising with banks for funding facility and meeting the compliance of their requirements such as providing CMA reports and Stock & book debts statements and other relevant information.
Preparing Cash Flow and Fund Flow Statements on fortnightly basis, preparing monthly & YTD Profitability Report.
Monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds and ensuring effective working capital management and optimum utilization of available funds.
Managing treasury investments within the parameters approved by the board, maintaining proper records of yields & realizable value

- Forecasting company performance and building a detailed operating model with an integrated P & L A/c, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- The Restaurant is currently a 30Cr brand whereby the plan is to take it to 100 Cr in India plus an additional 30 Cr in Middle East.
- They have already opened few outlets in Kuwait, UAE and they plan to open in UK & US as well.
