Head (Finance)  Young and dynamic finance graduate with experience in managing finances at start ups or venture funded online, eCommerce or online shopping, online services companies.  - The candidate should have experience in financial management including accounts, taxation, commercials, financial process set - up, financial treasury, audit, legal and compliance and setting up control and operations.  The candidate should be well verse with Business and Finance strategy.   - His role majorly into business planning, business funding through PE, VC and strategic partners, corporate and legal structuring, Management and auditory reporting  - Preparation of financial statements  - Coordinating statutory and internal audits, budgeting, handling due diligences, strategic agreements, getting credit ratings, managing payables and receivables, preparing funding projections  - Managing IT implementations  - Process set up, Subsidiaries/verticals integration, business modeling and team management.   He should have very good communication and analytical skills.  Preferred Education Background:  - B.com graduate with CA (ICAI) rank holder/ Or an MBA (finance) from premier institutions like IIM's.  - Having 2-6 years of experience in finance at senior levels  Compensation: Rs. 12L to 24L per annum (based on experience and qualifications)  Freshers from premier institutes can also considered.
