Client Details :

Our client is a fully owned subsidiary of European MNC into providing intelligent traffic and transportation solutions. With revenues in excess of 12 Billion Euros and presence across 80 countries they are industry leaders and have been in business for about 20 years now. They are looking to hire a finance head for their Indian subsidiary to accelerate their growth in India.

Description :

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for :

- Managing end to end finance including budgeting, compliance reporting, accounts receivable & payable and MIS

- Ensuring all statutory and tax compliance are thoroughly met and taking complete responsibility of the P&L and balance sheet

- Preparing annual budget, business plans and management reports for various regions / SBUs

- Monitoring working capital requirements, cash flow, weekly account receivables, quarterly rolling forecasts

- Individually preparing costing reports and plans

- Liaising with consultants, regulatory authorities and other departments and functions across the organization

- Supervising and guiding a team of 7 members with 4 members directly reporting to you

Profile :

You are a Chartered Accountant and have 6 - 8 years of post-qualification experience working across various domains in finance. You have a clear and in depth understanding of accounting, taxation and commercial activities in finance with a solid theoretical background. You are a quick learner and have excellent team building skills. You have an analytical mind and can advise and influence multiple stakeholders.
