Job Profile :

- To head the Finance and Accounts function for Manufacturing Unit / Factory Operations.

- Head the complete FP & A for the organization including Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis, etc including other administration role.

- This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

- He will supervise team of accountants and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

- This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.

- Lead the Entire Finance, Accounting, and Taxation, Audit and Financial Planning & Reporting for the Site.

- Prepare monthly reports (financials including cash flows) of the company for management review.

- Prepare financial projections and budgets based in management plans.

- Lead the controllership from the Finance Perspective to ensure strict controls on all areas of business at all times. Compliance to Regulatory filing, Review Boards, etc. also form part of this role

- Drives annual budgeting process, evaluate and analyse budget proposals, present budget for Corporate approval, monitor and review performance periodically against budgets, report to Business Head and CFO on Business Unit performance, comply with financial systems, processes, standards, statutes and regulations in order to record and report financial performance of Business Unit in a timely and accurate manner.

- Drives linkage of operating and accounting processes, procedures and transactions

- Review controllership procedures to ensure the integrity of the financial results including balance sheet reviews

- Undertake financial analysis and prepare review reports for management.

- Should have thorough knowledge of financial planning. Strong analytical and financial skills.

- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

- Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

- Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

- Own budget and forecasting activities.

- Must have Exposure & Hands on work experience

- Experience in a manufacturing industry is a MUST.

- Knowledge of Indian GAAPs and Taxation.

- Exposure to SAP/ERP systems

- Team Management.

- In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

- Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.

- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
