Location : Raipur

Qualifications/Experience Required:

CA +CS in First Attempt + X to Graduation 60% and above with 8 plus years of experience in managing Finance function of a large organization.

Job Responsibilities

- Leadership to the Finance Function. Assist in formulating the organization's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.

- Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.

- Develop strategic business plans strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.

- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

- Develop financial and tax strategies and manage the capital request and budgeting processes.

- Report financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements .

- Finance Risk Management and adherence to Group Philosophies. Management assurance and Statutory Compliance.

- Maintain relations with external. Hospital service pricing
