Head - Finance - CA/CPA - BFSI/Infra (10-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare all supporting information for all necessary audits and liaise with auditors as necessary
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for accounts payable, client billing, credit control
- Ensure timely Reconciliation of bank account/s, Client account and vendors accounts
- Review monthly spends and implement monthly variance reporting
- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts - ensure efficient cash management and cash flow planning
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is maintained on a periodic basis
- Liaise with the Corporate Finance team, Client Finance team and/or Audit Committee as appropriate
- Co-ordinate the review and signoff all accounting and associated financial reports to both clients and corporate
- Make appropriate recommendations to support operational strategies
- Hire, develop and ensure retention of talent. Manage and develop staff effectively, measured by feedback, turnover, performance, etc.
Budget preparation :
- Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the Key Account Director of the Portfolio
- Provide assumptions/guidelines for budgets and forecasts
- Prepare and ensure adherence to client budgets. Should be able to explain variances.
Accounting and Audit :
- Maintain financial records in a manner that facilitates accurate and timely management reports
- Ensure that accurate and timely financial statements are prepared in accordance with the contractual terms / adhoc requests
- Support any audits performed by internal or external parties
- Manage the Client Accounting team to achieve high standard of delivery to internal and external clients.
Risk management :
- Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that Account and risks are minimized

Looking for :
- Qualified CA, CPA including relevant post qualification experience
Minimum : 10-12 years of experience in senior financial management, with at least 3 years in senior management role.
- Proficiency in financial accounting & reporting, including external statutory reporting and audit
