Job Description :
While reporting to the Group CFO your responsibilities would be to :
- Manage, improve and maintain proper Internal Control system in the function and the organization
- Managing day-to-day accounting functions
- Prepare MIS for appropriate analysis
- Identify risk in financial statements and processes
- Manage the taxation and tax planning activities
- Manage Business Finance activities like capital expenditure and revenue budgeting
- Lead a team of 15
- Streamline the financial processes, MIS and compliance levels
- Act as a very close business partner to the Regional Leader and Commercial Leaders
- Identify risk and plug the gaps in revenue leakage area
Profile :
- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 15 years post qualification experience. The individual must come with extensive experienced in internal controls, MIS, cost savings identification, cash flow management, credit control activities, project accounting. You are an individual with strong business and acumen and analytical skills.
- You should be a well spoken and well presented individual who has a structured thought process and can communicate effectively with senior management.
