Our client is a leading diversified financial services player with businesses across private wealth, lending, brokerage, asset reconstruction and real estate.   Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for:  - Overseeing financial operations, internal controls, coordinating audits (internal & external) and regulatory compliance  - Overall finance and accounts of of ARC and all the trusts including taxation  - Compliance of financial statements and related reporting to applicable GAAP and other statutory reporting requirements  - Ensuring financial operations and reporting are in line with best practices  - Tax position and risk management (including arising from transfer pricing arrangements), tax planning  - IND AS experience preferred  Knowledge and Qualifications required:  - You must be a chartered accountant  - You must have experience in NBFCs, asset reconstruction companies or banks  - You must have minimum post qualification experience of 9+ yrs  Additional skills required:  - You should have good interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders  - You should have the ability to multi-task and deliver on timelines  - You should have excellent analytical skills and good communication skills
