Designation: Head - F&A and Stores

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 10-15 years

Education: CA Professional

Level / Grade: DGM

Reporting to: Group CFO

Direct Reportees: Accounts / Stores team

Key Purpose of this position:

To head F&A Dept and responsible for Plant Stores function / Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of monthly & yearly Profit & Loss and Balance sheet

- Handling day to day Plant Accounting. Ensuring correctness; completeness of accounting

- Budgeting, Costing & MIS

- Daily & monthly cash flow management

- Supervision of production & consumption accounting.

- Management of Accounts payable & Accounts receivable.

- Handling of direct & indirect taxation.

- Handling of Fixed assets register & Ledger Scrutiny

- Handling Plant Stores Operations

- Coordination with Govt. Department and consultants (i.e. DGFT, Auditors)

Experience:

- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience

- Team work skills

- Knowledge of SAP FICO & MM module

- Proven analytical ability

- Strong communication (written + oral)

- Sincerity

- Attention to detail
