Haldyn Glass Limited (HGL) incorporated in 1991, in the state of Gujarat, India. Haldyn Corporation Limited is a closely held company engaged in manufacture of Soda Lime Flint & Amber Glass containers since 1964.
Our current set of domestic customers include United Spirits Ltd., Pernod Ricard, Bajaj Sevashram, etc. We currently export approx 10 to 12 pc of our capacity to East Africa and Middle East.
We have recently diversified into manufacture of cosmetic and perfume bottles mainly for the export market through a 50:50 Joint venture with Heinz Glass of Germany, one of the the worlds leading players in manufacture of cosmetics and perfume bottles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing written processes, systems & procedures for payments, purchase, sale & MIS in SAP environment etc.
- Responsible for monthly / periodic closing of accounts including notes to the accounts and ensuring consolidation with JV cos. in SAP environment.
- Ensuring All direct / indirect tax compliances i.e payments & fillings of returns - including GST.
- Dealing with banks & complying with bank's requirements w.r.t. Term Loan / working capital - including stock statements, CMA data / ECB compliance as required by AD / RBI
- Responsible for budgeting, variances with actuals, MIS & coordinating with costing.
- Dealing with costings / batch costings & dynamic pricing with active engagement of costing dept./ marketing .
- Advance Tax / MAT tax computations
- Ensuring GST compliances, coordination with 3rd party consultants, filling all required returns.
