Urgent hiring for a highly reputed Manufacturing Company for their Cold Rolling Mill plant located in Indonesia.   Position : Head Finance & Accounts   Level : GM / AVP,   Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant  Experience : 20-24 years preferably in a manufacturing set up.  Preferable Age : 45-50 years   Location : Indonesia   We will be looking for that professional willing to relocate to Indonesia and take charge of complete Finance & Accounts dept. of the Cold Rolling Mill plant .  Job Description   To support accomplishment of organizational strategies and goals through efficient financial management, decision support, information support, honouring the financial obligation, risk management and statutory compliance. The position is overall responsible for Accounts, Finance & Audits function of the unit and will be leading the Finance & Accounts team at the unit level.  - To ensure control of all factory /manufacturing unit - routine accounts and consolidation at the unit level.  - To ensure timely monthly / quarterly and annual closing of books of accounts at the unit level.  - Responsible for effective co-ordination with Corp Finance and local Finance team for MIS, Prepare and present MIS as required by the management Routine as well as required from Time to Time.  - To facilitate & review timely finalization of trail balance and cost reduction projects of the unit.   - To ensure statutory compliance related to income tax (Tax planning and compliance in accordance with corporate guidelines)  - To facilitate various audits (Internal / external) and ensure effective implementation of post audit recommendations.   - To liaison with tax authorities at the local/Regional level.  - Retention of high performers and identification of critical roles and succession plan of the team actively support the management with strategic controlling in terms of developing key performance indicator and financial support for developing business cases.  - Ensure the key financial controls   - Provide input from accounting perspective for post de- merger and as well as group restructuring etc.   - Direct, coordinate and control various aspects of financial accounting, FP&A, funds management, taxation, revenue, AR and AP processes.  - Facilitate and review statutory and internal Audit findings and ensure related closures escalations guide and monitor tax planning initiatives of direct taxation in commercial decisions.  - Formulate & execute vendor selection and management process, ensure 100% compliance with respect to documentation including compliance, licences, contract drafting and storage of records.  Interested candidates can apply and call at 0120-4325957
