Job Description :

Financial Strategy :

- Coordinate the development of the Annual Business Plan for the Company.

- Ensure that the Corporate Strategy is cascaded in terms of quantifiable performance goals and measures across the Company

- Assist in the budgeting process for the Company, coordinate with other Department Heads to obtain their respective departmental budgets, evaluate and finalize the same to collate the Company all budgets and seek approvals from the Management.

Standardization of Financial Processes :

- Provide functional guidance in consultation with CFO to ensure standardization of Finance & Accounts practices across the Company, Act as the final authority on all decisions with respect to all Finance & Accounts across the Company

- Formulate and review accounting policies & procedures on a continuous basis; Drive the development / up-gradation of a robust Accounting Manual

Statutory Compliance :

- Drive timely finalization of accounts on a monthly basis, highlighting the status of the P&L Account; Review and report a variance analysis (if applicable)

- Periodically review Company operations with respect to adherence to applicable statutory compliances; Highlight and report deviations to the Top Management

- Oversee the timely publishing of required financial statements (cash flow statement, bank balances, payables and receivables etc.)

- Monitor and drive effective tax planning and compliance

Cash Flows :

- Monitor cash flows on a regular basis and take necessary steps to ensure continuous availability of funds

- Financial Impact

- Responsible for Tax Compliances, Credit Control, Investor Relations, Fund Management
