We are hiring for Hiring Ethics & Compliance-HEAD for one of the leading telecom industry.   Please find the the brief details below  Total Required Experience : 12-20 Yrs  Industry: Telecom(Most Preferred/other)  PLEASE NOTE ; Experience with TELECOM INDUSTRY is MUST.  Based Location: Delhi  JD in Brief:  To create an environment in the organization where Codes of Conduct (CoC) are adhered to and complied by all its permanent employees by deploying interventions like training, communicating the CoC, independently and neutrally capturing all reported CoC breach cases and proactively finding such cases, analysing, investigating and recommending appropriate sanctions.   The job involves to develop, initiate, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.Managing the Company's regulatory process and to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.  Skills and Experience:  Knowledge of and passion for ethical conduct and compliance  Strong personal character and a commitment to integrity  Experience in managing ethics and compliance function independently  Telecom business knowledge will be an advantage
