We are currently retained by a leading mid size organization which is into enterprise software focussed around Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC). They have built award winning products and the company has been rated amongst Top 50 most innovative emerging product companies by Nasscom.

- With the focus of the Indian Government on Infrastructure projects--this company is poised for tremendous growth in the coming years as their products are targetted for government and construction companies. So here's an emerging sector which allows you to use your IT / Enterprise Sales background to sell to a market that is poised for exponential growth.

Head Sales - Enterprise Solutions (Computer Software)

Location : Pune

- The Head of Sales needs someone with experience of both national and International of enterprise Sales in technology based business solutions.

- This person is expected to generate targeted revenue while meeting profitability goals, create a desired brand perception with target accounts and contacts and build a team of Regional Sales Managers and support professionals based on his/her own performance.

To fit the bill you must have:

- Experience between 12-15 years; out of which at least 3 years should be in a senior management position. (mandatory)

- Candidate must have hands on experience of building winning strategies for sales, business development and marketing for e-commerce portal or Enterprise Software products and services.

- Candidate having AEC vertical Experience shall be given preference.

- Should have strong sales network and connects within the Leading Software Technology Companies or in AEC vertical.

- Good understanding of software business or e-commerce business or both.

Key Responsibility Areas

- Thinking, planning and articulating strategic objectives and translating them to action items, ensuring execution against all odds.

- Build, manage & monitor Sales teams.

- Build, manage and monitor Channel Partners.

- Build, manage & monitor business alliances with industry players, consultants, delivery chain for e-com portal.

- Develop & execute GTM.

- Plan, coordinate & execute marketing activities through marketing team.

- Achieve annual revenue targets.

Key Performance Indicators:

- % of growth of revenue targets.

- % of Collection of receivables and managing the cash flow.

- Quality of and number of new opportunities created.

- Number of business partnerships, alliances and channels developed
