The - Head of Enterprise Connectivity Services CoE & Design Consultancy- will lead a technology vertical within Enterprise Shared Services, accountable for technical pre-sales design and 24x7 service operations for Global Enterprise customers across Large, SME and Strategic market segments.  The products and solutions include Fixed, Mobility & Converged technology stacks.  This role requires a strong decision making, planning and organization skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of process framework and strong people management. The post holder will be expected to behave and manage with a high degree of flexibility to support fluid demands and priorities.  Key responsibilities  - 24X7 Technical Service Operations for Fixed Connectivity Global Enterprise customers across Large, SME and Strategic market segments  - Technical Design activities at Pre-Sales stage for Tier3 to Tier1 opportunities across APAC & Europe on Connectivity product set   - Build and maintain a strong product and technology knowledge on various Connectivity Services product portfolios  - Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with Product Practice, Design and Development units and input technical experience on key Deal/No-Deal opportunities   - Building, maintaining & improving senior management engagement / relationships with Global Business stakeholders across multiple markets & Group entities  - Pipeline Management: Accurate resource planning, technology upskilling, budgeting, forecasting & reporting  - Define & Embed consistent set of processes interfacing with Global teams - Service Desk, Service Management, Core Networks, Field Ops, Other Licensed Operators & Partners / Vendors  - Budgeting: Manage & Control Cost  - Driving people agenda with focus on career growth thru trainings, feedback and coaching  - Create and maintain a competitive learning environment with proactive inputs from industry trends on technology and upcoming products.
