US based product development company is looking for Head Engineering for its Bangalore team.  Qualifications:   - Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree or a PhD in Computer Science or the equivalent required. An MBA with an interest in leading large technology teams is a definite plus.   - At least 7 years’ experience in a highly scalable N-tier Java environment.   - At least 3 years’ experience managing a team of 50 engineers or growing a team from 10-50+ engineers.   - At least 2 years’ experience in a Director role.   - Experience with Amazon cloud-hosted applications including operational management and instrumentation - -  Responsibilities:  - To build a team of engineers, team leads who can design and develop highly scalable web applications using Java, Big Data and multi-node RDS in an Amazon environment.   - Hands-on management: Must be passionate about coding and design principles.
