One of our E-Commerce ( in Pharma Domain) is looking for Engineering Head.  Job Location - Kolkata  Company Head Quarter - Kolkata  Job description :   - We are looking for an experienced Engineering Head to own all aspects of product development with a special emphasis to mobile app development and e-commerce.   - You will lead a smart and talented team of engineers and architects with special focus on building disruptive mobile products for Emami Frank Ross.   - In this role, you will work very closely with top tier developers, designers, product managers, and architects and work cross functionally with partner teams across Emami Frank Ross. You thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.  Your Day ;   - Provide Technical Leadership to design and build fault-tolerant, high-performance, scalable systems and influence architecture, design, and implementation across adjacent teams   - Hire and mentor team members in software development and technology  - Lead Software Development following Agile methodology with strong focus on mobile app development   - Collaborate with various teams including operations, product teams, and development to define requirements, interfaces, and implementation approaches and solutions  - Be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality  You Must Have :   - BS/MS CS or related and significant commercial software development leadership experience as well as a track record of individual technical achievement   - 12+ years of software development experience and 9+ years of technical management, must have at least 3 Years experience in building enterprise consumer facing mobile products  - High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously   - Superior verbal and written communications skills   - Strong technical depth and understanding of developers and operations needs   Preferred : Experience with ruby on rails, mobile app development and infrastructure development is not a plus.  Candidates who are currently working in E commerce Industry will be suitable match
