- Candidate will be responsible for Design, Manufacturing, Assembly and Testing of new plants/products, with respect to mechanical works/fabrication.  - Candidate will be responsible for the identification and implementation of new technology to ensure cutting edge manufacturing capabilities  - Close coordination and work with Product Development Teams, R&D to ensure effective design transfer from product development division to works division  - Close coordination and work closely with Quality and Materials department for parts, components sourcing, sub-contract decisions  - Monitor, Control and Improve Critical Processes and regular reviews of product costing models, and plans to ensure project is on track with respect to Financial & timelines  - Must be expose to SAP environment  - Responsible for scalable product development with the focus on cost-effective design and compactability  - Close Coordination with various manufacturing engineering technologies (molding, assembly, packaging etc.)  Candidate BE from any discipline Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering with 15 to 25 years of experience in Design
