Description :

- Excellent opportunity to lead the strategic employee relations team of leading consumer goods MNC in a leadership role based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Client Details :

- Our client is a MNC in the FMCG segment with a very large presence in the India market. They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the ER strategy and projects for the organization for 1000+ employees in India.

- We are looking for candidates with strong experience in IR and ER within manufacturing set up of leading MNC organization sectors.

Job Description :

- Reporting into the HR Head, you will work closely with the business teams to formulate and drive ER strategy across business functions like sales, supply chain, R&D, HR etc.

- You will be a business partner and key member of the HR leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to deliver on ER projects for redressed mechanism, compliance, regulatory issues, long term settlements etc.

- You will also collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate.

- You will creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives.

Profile :

- You should have 12 to 18 years of experience in HR with a large organization /MNC working on employee relations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, labour laws and long term settlements.

- Prior exposure to commercial or business HR role working in a leadership position will be an added advantage.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders in an international environment.
