Head - Employee Relations - BFSI

Our client from Banking Industry is looking urgently for Head- Employee Relation.

Role: Head Employee Relation

Location: Mumbai and Hyderabad (Should be fluent in local language)

Responsibilities:

- Looking for case Manager with deep subject matter expertise in specific area of an HR business.

- Responsible for independently managing the most sensitive and difficult cases involving litigation or regulatory hearings, e.g. sexual harassment, discrimination, etc.

- Supervisory role, responsible for managing a team to ensure achievement of service levels and Customer Satisfaction

- Partnering with LOB HR to provide guidance and direction regarding LOB employee relations policy modifications or new policy.

- Responsible for Compliance management within the Human Resources area.

Experience:

- Years of experience: 12 + Years

- Educational Qualifications: Post Graduates will be preferred

- Well versed with Labour Laws.
