Position : Head Employee Engagement

Looking from employee engagement & PMS background only .

Role : Head (Sr. Manager/AGM)

Location: Delhi/ Gurgaon / Noida

Experience: 8-15 years in Employee engagement & Performance management system

Qualification: Post Graduate

Compensation: Best in the industry

Preferred with experience in Gallup surveys, employee engagements and PMS

Job responsibilities

- Performance Management System

- Successfully design & restructure Performance Management System & Processes

- Design Career & Succession Plans for various levels of Employees through effective mentoring & motivation.

- Hold the merit of Initiating Rewards & Recognition Programmes and implementing Incentive System.

- Employee Engagement/ Gallup/ Employer Branding

- Create processes to address employee engagement gaps and build a strong Employer Brand

- Delivering on a robust employee engagement agenda.

- Building environment as a Best/Fun Place to Work/ standardized family events

- Institutionalize the employee engagement calendar across the organization

- Internal communications

Candidates from IT /Pharma/Telecom/Automation / Financial/ BPO/ Retail/ any other industry will be preferred.
