Role description :  - Spearhead the Employee Engagement & L&D function for the organization across locations (Domestic & International)  - Drive the overall Engagement strategy across all businesses and work towards increasing the Employee engagement scores year on year  - Employee Engagement Surveys, analysis, action planning and driving through the execution  - Lead the L&D strategy across all locations from leaning need identification to execution  - Build desired competencies through appropriate interventions.  - Competency mapping and framework building. Create a strong internal Talent pipeline for the organization  - Drive Learning Management System.  Desired profile :  - Extensive experience and expertise in driving Employee Engagement (Surveys, Scores, Analysis & Interventions) - global experience highly preferred  - 14 years+ overall experience in Human Resources - experience in Learning & Development will also be necessary.  - Strategic & analytical bent of mind coupled with good operational/ tactical abilities  - Strong stakeholder/ customer management skills & a good team player  - MBA in HR mandatory  - Able influencing skills.
