Head - eCommerce/Last Mile Delivery Operations

We are looking for Head - e-Commerce Operations for one of the well-known & reputed client.

Location -Hyderabad (Corporate Office)

Experience - 8 - 15 years (minimum 2 years in ecommerce industry)

Qualification - MBA from a premier institute is preferred

Industry - Should have worked in reputed companies in India in ecommerce

Role Scope - will be responsible for PAN India Operations of the E-commerce business

Key Deliverables

- Direct the formulation of strategy, annual business plan and budget.

- Draw-up appropriate business initiatives and Objectives inline with the E-comStrategy.

- Conceptualize and develop the model for E-commerce fulfillment with cost structures &timlines.

- Set up processes and stream line operations to support end-to-end solution from order acquisition to delivery.

- While focusing on operations cost, manage resource availability in line with Month On Month, Quarter on Quarter and Year on Year business growth.

- Design internal processes (SOP- s) at various levels within the organization for smooth functioning of the products and services.

- Lead and Manage the Zonal teams and draw KPIs for the team Critical Competencies for Success.

- Strategic thinking- Business direction, budgetary and economic outlook

- Strong results/ achievement orientation - proven past track record

- Financial and Commercial acumen: demonstrated by drive to deliver sustained profitability.

- Ability to venture into new Markets/Acquisitions/Partnerships.

- Well-developed influencing skills, Assertive leader, organized planner and data driven decision making

- Hunger for challenges and meeting stretched targets.

- Excellent presentation; communication and interpersonal skills Have hands-on experience in eCom/Last Mile Delivery operations.

- Demonstrable experience building and scaling up the business.
