Client Details

Our client is one of the leading Fintech organization in the lending space based in NCR

Description

- Identify, develop and harness new markets/ clients aligned to the organization short term and long-range goals.

- Strong experience in building the DSA/DST channels is needed in any of the Indian Banks

- Responsible for contributing to the budget and other financial goals for the organization including the respective vertical's budget planning, forecasting and the adherence to the same.

- Commercial negotiations and closure of deals

- Strategy planning, execution and monitoring of onboarding of new clients/partners

- Concept selling and understanding the fitment of a coalition loyalty and / Corporate Business programme in a prospective partner's business environment

- Working with various functional teams both at the partner and internally to close out and launch a partnership.

- Corporate Business (additional)

- Managing and enhancing the existing partnerships

- Demonstrate ability to deliver strong customer value and a customer experience

- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports

- Acquire New Partner/ Clients to participate in the coalition program and manage the Corporate Business vertical

- Manage all internal and external stakeholders

Profile :

- The candidate needs to have 10+ years work experience with strong exposure to product management and marketing.

- MBA from only TIER 1 colleges needs to apply.

- The successful candidate needs to have strong exposure in corporate business development and building strong network of the DSA/ DST channels is must

The following are the pre requisites for the candidate :

- Go getter, self-starter and self-motivated individual

- Ability to solve problems / offer solutions that are innovative / customer - partner centric / post analysis

- Strong business and commercial understanding

- Experience in business development, concept selling, solutions selling & consultative selling

- Understanding of Lending business

- Excellent client engagement & Account Management skills

- Demonstrated Project Management skills

- Has a strong network of contacts to leverage on
