Job Description :

Client Details :

- Our client is a market leader in the Real Estate industry. They are looking for a skilled individual to head the compensation & benefits, performance management and HRIS function for their organization.

- To liaise with the leadership, manage global stakeholders and be accountable for all compensation and benefits related decisions taken associated with close to 5000 employees across the country.

Description :

Reporting into the Group President of HR, your responsibilities will include :

- Provision of proactive specialist support in partnership with internal clients (HR & Business leaders) to drive business performance through design and implementation of effective Compensation & Benefits solutions

- End to end management of compensation design, competitive bench-marking and review of reward programs, change management and implementation of programs, annual compensation cycle review and alignment with global total rewards philosophy

- Work on design and implementation of the variable pay plan of the company and other incentive plans including long term incentives, benefits and annual increments for different categories and level of employees in collaboration with the senior management team and other departments

- Make sure that the organization's compensation and benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements

- Identify ways to develop and conserve human resources along with timely goal setting activity

- Create and roll out global process timetables and where needed detailed implementation plans to enable delivery of annual pay budgeting, pay review and bonus processes

- Conduct surveys and ad-hoc market researches to track market trends and make design recommendations based on data and statistics

- Manage a team of people and guide them effectively

Profile :

- Minimum 13 to 18 years of experience in human resources

- MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutes only

- At least 10 years experience in Compensation and Benefits specialised role or leading end to end compensation and benefits in any sector
