Head/Director/Vice President - Portfolio Finance - Venture Capital/Private Equity Firm

Working with CFOs across portfolio companies by supporting and driving improvements in key strategic and operational metrics in areas of Finance and Operations to enhance shareholder value. Main focus is to drive operational efficiency, financial controls/reporting, cash runway management, debt raise and M&A of our portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities are:

- Evaluation and Financial/ Legal Due Diligence on new and follow-on investments.

- Review and Analysis of business performance by providing MIS / Dashboards to present to the board.

- Assist companies with setting up of sustainable accounting processes

- Provide technical inputs on different accounting issues, FDI, ESOP and other aspects

- Assist hiring of right resources including auditors, accountants, legal etc

- Responsible for Portfolio Oversight, monitoring and governance

- Oversee reporting of Portfolio performance

- Guiding Companies on mergers/acquisitions/restructuring

Required Qualifications

- CA with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) along with Operational experience in an Enterprise.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, spreadsheets, Internet applications, and common business software.

- Ability to work with various stakeholder like Founder- s, CEO- s, CFO's of the Portfolio Companies.
