The Head -Direct Marketing has the overall responsibility for initiating and establishing a distribution company for combined financial services, using different tools available (digital, mobile phone, direct marketing etc)

- The key ingredient of the role is in the design and effective and measurable implementation of tactics at direct to customer level in order to drive business results and the establishment of the Direct To Customer initiative.

Job Description:

- Managing Sales of all web products

- Building unique online-sales and lead-generation process.

- Create a Direct Sales force

- Create a blend of physical and digital execution

- Create an agency with a closed architecture which later becomes more open

- Good understanding of the online direct business

- Execute sales of related financial products at different levels of the companies universe.

Education : Direct Marketing and Sales degree (reputed institution)

Required Candidate skills:

- 7 - 15 years of work exp in Direct Marketing role.

- Should have experience in Online Lead Generation, Distribution set up, Email Marketing,Digital Branding & Online Credibility, Social Selling and Prospecting etc.

- Should have exp in creating the marketing ecosystem.
